We all have a voice, we all know the language, but can we speak? Can we be heard? Do we know how to listen?

Are you free to stand in a group of people, anywhere, at any time and express yourself and your ideas powerfully and authentically? Or are you often left unhappy and frustrated with the impression that you didn’t say what you wanted to say?
Do you yearn to do it all over again and be given a second chance to get it “right”? Yet how often do we get a second chance?

Be it a public presentation, a meeting, an interview, a celebration or simply an important conversation, in person or on a screen, you can experience yourself fluently and expressively delivering all your messages, knowing you won your audience over. You can shine in your interview or meeting when you gain the Power to Speak. You can make a difference in someone else’s life by the sheer impact of your words. This experience is available to you, time and time again.

WORK WITH ME

My premise: You are already an extraordinary speaker.

My promise: By working with me you will experience yourself being that speaker where you gain the Power to Speak.

Whether you choose a set of individual sessions or to be part of a group workshop, you will be left knowing how to access your ability as a speaker. This can be achieved much faster than you think.

How will we work? You can choose:

Individual sessions of 90 minutes (min 3, max 5)
12 hours in a group of max 6 people, over 3 days
Work with your team/colleagues or join a public course

My passion is to facilitate connection and understanding between people. From a very young age, I have been fascinated by words and particularly spoken words, the energy they carry and the power they hold.

Over the last 40 years, teaching, training and coaching have been at the core of all my professional experiences, whether with children of all ages and backgrounds or with adults of different cultures. I have lived and worked as a teacher and a coach in France, South Korea, the UK, Canada and South Africa.

TRAINING OPTIONS

There are three ways we can work together. Whether you are a teenager, a young adult, an individual or a group, there are options available for everyone. While I prefer to work in person, this isn’t always possible. We can either work together in person or online and get you feeling more connected, confident and clear when expressing yourself and speaking to an audience.

INDIVIDUALS

Are you a professional wanting to launch a new product? A student giving a speech for their graduation? A writer being interviewed for the launch of their book? I help individuals feel confident and prepared to express themselves for these reasons and many more.

GROUPS

We work together in a group and get the benefit of an audience. There are more ears, eyes, hearts and minds to give you feedback. You learn to give and receive feedback that makes a difference.

YOUNG ADULTS

Young adults and teenagers can be expected to present for numerous reasons, from a class project, to a part of their current lesson, or for themselves when going for a university or job interview. I help them feel more confident expressing themselves.

NEURODIVERSE

As an ND coach who supports young people, I developed a unique whole system approach to supporting those with neurodiversity whether or not they are officially diagnosed.

PARENTING COACHING

Parenting Coaching offers a dedicated space to explore these questions and navigate the challenges of raising children. It is a resource for developing skills, fostering open dialogues, and evolving into the parent you aspire to be.
